Some programs are designed for Windows (tm) computers using Microsoft .Net CLI Version 2.0.
If so, you will need at least Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1 (x86). Most Vista and Windows 7 computers already have this.
And, typically you will also need the Microsoft C++ Redistribution Package to run programs on any computer.
